Ciputra World Jakarta is predicted to be the home of many high end - luxury brands and LOTTE's first department store in Jakarta, And Kuningan City is said to be a lifestyle and entertainment center with many food & beverage tenant mix, Kota Kasablanka is developed to be more focused on High street label and mid-end fashion apparel tenants.

Kota Kasablanka is said to be filled with several new comers in Indonesian retail market like, True Religion (first stand alone boutique), Pepe Jeans London, New Look, Sephora, Timberland, Cotton On, and Sperry.
If this rumors are true, it means that Sperry Top Sider will definitely enters Indonesian Retail Market for real. Not so surprising, cause Sperry has been a big hit here in Indonesia (in 2008-2011 at least), Sperry even had some of their products made in Indonesia.
