On this collection, VMJ brings Three brand new Jeans, the Prior Blue, Acid Black Washed and the Dry Grey. With 2 prewashed denim, Vision Mission tries to remind us about the other greatness of denim other than the "Raw Denim" which is Denim Comfortness and Denim Variations. Beside the 2 prewashed jeans, Vision Mission Jeans is still bringing the Raw one with the Dry Grey.



"The Prior" itself came from the idea of how they get inspired by those who made Denim and Jeans as it is now, and how they and the people around them appreciate the Denim itself. They admitted that they got much support from people around them such as Customers, Communities, etc.

Tired Pony

Snow Patrol's Frontman, Gary Lightbody has just released his sideproject, Tired Pony in the UK on July 22nd 2010. This is not "just" a sideproject. Tired pony is band also consists of R.E.M.'s Peter Buck, and Richard Colbourn, the drummer from Belle and Sebastian.

Tired Pony are Gary Lightbody’s brainchild, something he dreamt of doing while on the long haul around the States with his main band. It’s a hastily convened combo, which includes REM’s Peter Buck on mandolin, and, well, Belle & Sebastian’s drummer, with the aim of pursuing the 'stadium-indie’ singer’s interest in alt-country. His favourites include, he says, “Wilco, Calexico, Lambchop, Palace, Smog--these bands that look at the darkness in America”.

Their first album, "The Place We Ran From" has already released in UK a couple days ago, and will be released in the US on September 2010. This album is on my most anticipated album in 2010. And, for your information, Tom Smith from Editors and Zooey Deschanel and her "She & Him" partner, M. Ward are the guest contributor on the Album (Damn!!).

Key Songs : "Held In the Arms of Your Words", "Dead American Writers" (the 1st single of the album), "The Sliver Necklace", "Pieces".

Imogene + Willie is a Nashville-based brand that cores in Denims, Dresses and T-Shirts. Imogene + Willie starts by Matt and Carrie Eddmenson. They are unbelievable, they do the Renovation on a Gas Station to become their home office and Store.

Their store when they still works with RRL, Levi's, etc.

Matt and Carrie worked together in a previous family business designing, developing, and producing premium denim apparel for the greatest brands in the world - Levi’s, Lee, Girbaud, Ralph Lauren Polo’s RRL, Rogan, J-Brand, Diesel and Replay. That business closed two years ago, and the couple started the Imogene + Willie, which is named for Carrie’s maternal grandparents.




They developed new processes and inventions that led to the aesthetics of modern day garment making and finishing, and the premium denim asthetic that drives apparel today. They make you feel like you have already worn the jean or shirt all your life, and then you realize that you will.

Movie : "The Social Network"

Check this one out. "the Social Network". The movie is about Facebook's CEO / Founder, Mark Zuckerberg. Yep, its about Zuckerberg's life during his first year in Harvard when he developed Facebook with several of his friends. The movie was written by Aaron Sorkin and also adapted from Ben Mezrich’s 2009 book, "The Accidental Billionaire: The Founding of Facebook, A Tale of Sex, Money, Genius, and Betrayal".



"On a fall night in 2003, Harvard undergrad and computer programming genius Mark Zuckerberg sits down at his computer and heatedly begins working on a new idea. In a fury of blogging and programming, what begins in his dorm room soon becomes a global social network and a revolution in communication. A mere six years and 500 million friends later, Mark Zuckerberg is the youngest billionaire in history... but for this entrepreneur, success leads to both personal and legal complications."

Mark will be played by the actor Jesse Eisenberg, you may know him from last year's movie such as Adventureland and Zombieland. The movie will be premiered on October 2010.
