Bluesville - Button Down Shirt - Natural Dyed

Bluesville, known for their amazing works with Natural Dyed Goods, has given us a preview for one of their upcoming products, the Button Down Shirt. Shown here is the sample shirt using Plain Weave Cotton, and off course, it is naturally dyed. Stay tune to see more updates from Bluesville!

The Lonely Island

The Lonely Island is ready with their new Album, "Turtleneck & Chain". After being very succesful with their previous album "Incredibad" which brings you songs like "I Just Had Sex" (Feat. Akon), "Jizz In My Pants", the Emmy-Award-Winning "Dick in a Box" (Feat. Justin Timberlake), "Boombox" (Feat. Julian Casablancas), "I'm On A Boat" (Feat. T-Pain) and "The Creep" (Feat. Nicki Minaj and John Waters), The Lonely Island is set to release their new album on May 2011. Off course, Jorma Taccone (Jorm), Akiva Schaffer (Kiv) and Andy Samberg (Andy) has come up with a promo video of their track "We're Back!". Check it out!

They are also guilty for the song "Cool Guys Don't Look at Explosions" which features Will Ferrell as Neil Diamond on the video.

FORK - Tailored Goods

Long awaited brand, Fork, has finally released their first collection. For their first release, Fork offers a selection of Tailored pants made of super-lightweight stretch cotton twill fabric which available in straight cut "Blues" and slim straight cut "Rhythm". Both cut comes with amazing detail such as herringbone pocket and self lining in edge. Herringbone known for its amazing comfortness and durability. Other details featured on the pants are Full curtain waist band lining, Button loop on back pocket, Double button and bar fastener, Single needles stitching.

Happy to see that some Indonesian Product Designers are developing fresh ideas while some others are just copying. Read at Red&White today, i found this Java Smith thing. Java Smith is the owner's appreciation for Javanese culture which very total on details and precision. Java Smith is a knife products that focused on the cultural design combined with urban lifestyle.

Folta and Co. : the 026-68

Previously we have seen the 025-N cut from Folta&Co.. Recently added to their blog, the new 026-68 Cut which is inspired by the 60s. the "-68" on the cut name came from the amazing denim material used on the jeans, the COne Mills White Oak 1968 Fabric. Cone Mills is known for their amazing Denim and been used by many Denim Brands such as Ande Whall and so much more.

The jeans look simple but actually the details are amazing and still stick to the classic. Straight leg cut with High rise, White Oak Label on the inside, Folta patch on the waistband, hidden rivets, and, the leg opening is hemmed using the legendary Union Special 43200 machine. Beautiful.

Nike - Grand Indonesia Store Opening

Nike Indonesia has just opened their newest store in Grand Indonesia. Having the grand opening last week, the store looks different than the usual nike store. The manager of Nike Indonesia, Mr. Nino Priambodo said that this newest Nike Store offers most of Nike products such as Nike Sportswear, Nike Football, and other nike products.

National Football player, Bambang Pamungkas and National Runner, Agus Prayogo is also came to celebrate this new store opening, and Agrikulture also performed on that night.




This grand opening of Nike Grand Indonesia also introduces the newest Running shoe from Nike, the Nike Free Run+ 2. The design of the Nike Free Run+ 2 was inspired by the anatomy of the foot, where delicate bones, ligaments, tendons, and muscles are interconnected and enables the foot to support enormous impact and pressure. It also features minimal overlays that allow for a much wider range-of-motion that wouldn't be possible in a conventional running shoe. Those layers are sufficiently robust to provide the support runners need.

Recently offered, the detailed look of Carhartt's new Heritage line for Spring / Summer 2011 Collection. Overall, this repros of their old products are amazing.

Incubus - Adolescents (Single)

Light Macaroni and Cheese

Found this "Light Macaroni and Cheese" thing on the net. It says that this mac and cheese is a lighter take on the usual, the secret is using Tofu instead of a lot of cheese. Looks super good!
Here are the recipe below :

Light Macaroni and Cheese (Recipe adapted from thekitchn)
1 pound of pasta shells
1 lb box of silken tofu, drained
2 cups milk (I used whole)
2 tbsp mustard (I used honey mustard)
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper, or to taste
2 tsp cornstarch
6 oz white cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 cup bread crumbs
parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 375. Grease 9" square baking dish with butter or oil (I used butter).

Bring pot of water to boil to cook pasta. Make sure you salt your water generously, it comes out tasting much better. Cook until al dente. Drain in a colander then set it aside.

In a medium saucepan over medium/low heat, add tofu, milk, mustard, paprika, salt, and pepper. Use an immersion blender break up the tofu until smooth. When it starts to simmer, whisk in cornstarch and shredded cheddar cheese. Keep stirring for a few minutes until it thickens.

Place the pasta into your baking dish and carefully add the sauce, then sprinkle bread crumbs and parmesan cheese on top. Bake for 40-45 minutes, until its slightly browned and crispy. Let rest for 10 minutes.
