Levi's Red Tab 2014
Some people think that Levi's is boring but i like to think that they sometimes got some items that are actually good. I secretly admit that I regularly checked in to the Levi's store to see what they got and 7 out of 10 times, I actually find something that i would cop, whether it's a tee, trousers, shirts, or jackets. Here are some goods from their Fall / Winter 2014 release of Red Tab collection. Cool vintage style on the mix with military twill, fleece, and rips.

Alexandre Plokohov of Helmut Lang x UNIQLO
If you haven't heard this news by now, you might be living in a cave. Newly appointed Helmut Lang designer, Alexandre Plokohov (actually, i don't know who he was), dropped a range of collaborative collection with Japanese retailer, Uniqlo. Honestly, I'm more interested in these rather than those Wang x H&M thing. On the note, these collection will be available real soon at Uniqlo retail locations ranging from US$20 to US$60.

SS15 from White Mountaineering
For me, White Mountaineering is that Japanese brand that sometimes came with some great pieces, and sometimes they don't. Their recent preview on their upcoming Spring / Summer 2015 tho, seems to have some good pieces that still brings out the elements of Sportswear / Outdoor inspiration, as well as Military.

H&M Indonesia presents the Autumn / Winter 2014 Collection Preview
Last wednesday, the kind people of H&M Indonesia has given us editors & medias a glimpse on their special collection, the H&M Studio, as well as previewing the Mens Collection for the upcoming Autumn / Winter 2014 that will be available in the Grand Indonesia store around September this year. The H&M Studio Line (which is currently dedicated to womenswear only), is the limited range from H&M that is designed as special collection that came out from their own design studio. It was meant to be a special collection that isn't part of a collaboration project, but still result in a higher quality products. Since this blog, STANDARD ISSUE is more focused on mens products, i won't talk much about the womenswear collection, but you can see them at HAND~OVER's Mall Creepers journal, here.
So let's see about the Menswear Collection for the upcoming A/W 2014. Inspired much by the English Mod Subculture, the collection gives out the mix of both London & Parisian street looks, as well as New York kind of freedom is expressed through out the entire collection. Key items comes with both heavyweight & lightweight material such as Rip Stop, Wool, Leather, Cotton, Nylon, and Mohair textures. Almost all products has the same similarity, which is attention to details like traditional sewing techniques, tech & functional zipper, welt pocket, and a hybrid on classic & staple menswear pieces. My eyes were on to this beautiful hybrid version of classic Pilot / Bomber Jacket that remind me of Engineered Garments.
Another highlight from the collection was the upcoming collaborative capsule collection between H&M and Liberty London. Liberty has lend their patterned fabric to H&M for this A/W'14, and here is one of them.
Other than that, here are some of the items for their general & sportswear release this A/W season. They will also release another series of H&M Conscious Denim range, that were made using a technique where less water is used on making such good looking denim jeans.
Not to miss, i found these slub t-shirts from the women's H&M Studio line that i thought would be a perfect addition to H&M's menswear collection.
For more details and further information, head to H&M.
