Lighthouse - Spring/Summer 2011 Collection

Our good friends at Lighthouse has finally given us a look into their Spring/Summer 2011 collection. Once again, Lighthouse brings selections of durable workwear. Still using only the best material around, Lighthouse offers a linen short sleeve shirt which is perfectly suitable for Indonesian weather condition, and a long sleeve workshirt that made for an outdoor activity.

My favorite is the Desert Work Shirt. Sand colored long sleeve shirt that comes with an unwashed slubby material that will shrink after wash. features a rounded collar, combined with casein milk button that gives a contrast look on the shirt. This one is a must have.


The other 2 is the Basic Summer Shirt. Using a comfortable linen material, the basic summer shirt features a standard pocket and 1 cigarette pocket on chest. This shirt is available in two colors, Light Greencast and Light Off White. Alongside these beautiful shirts, Lighthouse has also made a beautiful Heavy-weight canvas sack bag. One of the most surprisingly interesting brand on Wall of Fades 2010, Lighthouse, has kindly given us an exclusive preview of their upcoming products for 2011. After being a popular hit with their beautiful Shrink to Fit Chambray Work Shirt in 2010, The brand has once again comes up with beautiful and unique detailing shirts. Said that this time they are coming with a better and complete sizing, that means that i can get my hands on these now. I can't wait!

Filson - Italia Workwear Jacket

Filson has a motto that says "Might as well have the best", and we know it is actually true. Here we have the Italia Workwear Jacket which comes in Green color. Originally inspired by the Hunting tradition and American wilderness, the jacket uses 100% cotton fine herringbone material and features Five button fastening on front, 2 small hip utility pockets, 2 lower press stud pockets. Lighthouse : Shrink to Fit Chambray Work Shirt

Just got an interesting email today, it is from a new Workwear brand called Lighthouse. For their first collection, Lighthouse will be releasing their Chambray work shirt. Lighthouse is serious on this one, they are using serious stuffs like Japanese Selvage chambray from Okayama, with amazing rainbow texture combined with amazing details like selvage on collar. Lighthouse chambray work shirt will be available within 3 different colours, Charcoal, Salmon and also Rainbow.

I really dig non-denim pants lately,especially in khaki and navy coulourway. In my opinion, Outlier's Workwear pants is one of the best. Came in several colours with Doubleweave Canvas material, they gives a neat look yet high comfort and strong durability.

"The Workwear Pants are made with our Doubleweave Canvas, the strongest and most durable of our fabrics. It's got a Cordora grade nylon exterior, yet the interior is brushed soft with a great breathability making it incredibly comfortable. The canvas face drapes well and has a great dullness. That basically means this is a really good looking fabric, you can pull it off in the office, yet it performs well enough to take to the backcountry.
