707 Private Sale at Compound Kick Off Pary

Last night i went to the Official Kick Off Party of Compound. Compound is the well-known building in Kemang which consists 707 Store, Aksara Bookstore, Cyclo, Casa and Monka Magic inside it. Together with Compound's party, 707 were having a private sale for invitation only while showing their new and bigger renovated space.













707 is also bringing alot of new shipment from Super Sunglasses, Ksubi, The Flat Head, Nudie Black on Blue Injection Collection, Far x 707 collection, Incase Bags and Case, Deus, etc.







Aksara is also having a sale for some books and magazines, while Monka Magic comes with new Interior Design.

PHOENIX : Meet n' Greet at Aksara Bookstore Kemang

What a way to start the August of 2009 with Phoenix, the french-Indie Pop quartet hits Jakarta.

The day starts on 12 p.m. , they held their Press Conference at Casa and then continued with a Meet n' Greet at aksara bookstore. I was lucky cause i got their Wolfgang Amadeus's Vinyl (and then they signed on it for me, Yeah!). Many people came and they were lucky enough to get a chance to take pictures with Thomas Mars, Deck d'Arcy, Christian Mazzalai, and Laurent Brancowitz.

They only got 30 Minutes cause after that, they must have their lunch at Casa and then they are going to Bengkel Nightpark for Soundchecking before they hit the stage on Beatfest 2009.

Well,who doesnt know Pharrell Williams, Chad Hugo and Shae Haley or well-known as N*E*R*D* (No One Ever Really Dies) ? they become famous since their first single, Rock Star hits the air on 2001. continued with their first Album (In Search Of..) on 2002, and then Fly Or Die in 2004 and Seeing Sounds in June last year.

on march 22nd, they will be performing live at Tennis Indoor Stadium, Jakarta. yeah, after years and years of hoping and wishing, they finally will come to Jakarta

hoping we won't see Fake BAPE hoodie / Fake BBC-IceCream Tees on the show. (which is impossible).
